Our regular spot to unwind and have a excellent meal and drink. The staff are always wonderful and we love them. Great job!

This is a neat little place. It's a locally owned bar that has a good selection of local beer as well as mixed drinks. The food is pretty darn good too. For me the neatest thing about this place is that it is on a town square. Yeah, it's still a thing in the sleepy little town of Burnsville NC. If you are ever in the area it's definitely worth a stop.

It is unfortunately small. There is outside seating, but in the winter it gets quite crowded inside. They do source some of their meats locally. The food is pretty good. They have a nice list of top shelf, small batch, and even locally made liquors. The beer on tap is all local craft stuff but they also sell the typical swill for the low brow crowd. I like going to this place.

We took our young family out to dinner and from the moment we walked in, the vibe and atmosphere we heard and read all about was far from what we experienced. We have small children, we bring them out to eat, yes even small restaurants. They enjoy conversation and a fun dining experience just as much as we do. We were not sure if we just seat ourselves or wait so after standing there for a bit, a server came over. I asked her if we just take a seat and she went on to tell us (after glancing at our family of 6) it was a small space and there isn't a lot of seating so if we wanted to go to the Garden restaurant next door, perhaps they had more seating. There was a table right in front of us so we sat down as this was our dinner plan so we weren't leaving because of the initial unwelcoming server. The burger we heard so much about was served to my daughter cold, granted she eats her burgers medium...it was cold. The ribs my husband ordered, based on our servers recommendation as being her favorite thing on the menu were COLD, as though they had just come out of the refrigerator and topped with the glaze. We asked our server about the ribs and she said she would talk to the kitchen. When she came back she said thanks for letting her know, they were checking their stoves to make sure they were working. They covered a beer from the check, appreciate the gesture. Disappointed in food and experience.

Beer, liquor, and food.

This place is fantastic! My husband and I have been here many times and the food is always great and the service is wonderful. Definitely a must when stopping in Burnsville. Try it you won’t be disappointed!
