Horribly rude when I called the clerk of court with an issue. Seriously hope to never deal with or have to call again she was so offensive!
The true meaning of political good ol boy system and nothing to do with the true meaning of being a officer which is to protect and serve and as a daughter of an officer it makes me sick to see the injustices that not only my family has endured but all the other people
I'm rating this courthouse for it's architecture.
No one here has any idea of what they are doing. If you talk and submit paperwork to one person, they are liable to loose it right on their desk and blame it on you. The only thing this court cares about is your money.
Everyone at the courthouse is so nice. The police officer at the door has to go through your purse and make sure you have no weapons but he is just as friendly as he can be. Every time or go in, I find that everyone wants to help me in the nicest way possible. In other towns people can be rude, or curt especially in government offices but Yancey County is the exception. Thank you to all the people serving us in the court house. You are doing an excellent job!
