Not very pleased with the service that my family has recived . Have you running back and forth every month or so. Dr. Was no show last time I went for follow up. I got up and walked out off the room after a hour and fourth five min.wait . And has treated my wife like dirt . One day the Dr.s here will have problems just hope you have someone better than yourselfs to take care of you.

The doctors and other health care providers at CHC support their patients in choosing complementary/alternative medicines. They are willing to work with patients and complementary care providers alike. That's an enormous benefit and advantage for patients!

I was very happy until about two months ago. It has been horrible since then. I have fibromyalgia and anxiety. I was on a type of pain pill for a while. I decided that they weren’t helping. So I told Dr. Peverall that I no longer wanted them. My pain was still bad. I have been on an anxiety medication for quite a while. It is a “twice a day, as needed” medication. I had an appointment and drug screening on Sept the 19th. The nurse called and said that the anxiety medication didn’t show up, so I must not be taking it or I had called for a refill too soon. I wrote them a email explaining the as needed. Dr. Peverall called today and said that since I was not taking the medicine that she would no longer prescribe it to me. I explained to her that if I took it twice a day it would only last for 30 days instead of 60. I explained to her that I do take it as needed. She said that I had not been taking it or it would have shown up in the urine screening. She then stated that she would work with me and help me tapper off of this medication. ?????? If I am not taking it, like she accused me, why would I need to tapper off of it? I told her that I did not need help getting off of a med that I didn’t take every day. Then she informed me that she would no longer write the prescriptions for me. I told her not to worry, I would never call her again. She also accused me of stopping the pain medication so that I didn’t have to do a drug test. I told her to look back at her records and she would see that I no longer wanted them because they didn’t help. I will never go back to see Dr. Peverall. She told me that I had already broken the trust. They completely broke the trust by not keeping good notes and actually reading them! By the way, at EVERY appointment I took every medication that I take so they could physically look at them. And count them if needed. I have never been treated this badly from anyone! I printed out all records, so if something changes between now and them being transferred, I will know it. After all of this, I have wasted many trips to Celo and am actually worse off because of it!

I switched providers after watching their care of my husband, added to the fact my provider had a six-month waiting list for my routine annual physical. Celo is a peaceful place with kind people. They do healthcare right with efficient courtesy. We're lucky to have these professionals in our rural community.

Please stay away from this place, go anywhere but here.. I saw a nurse practitioner Linda Myers. Asked me a 1000 questions and here treatment was to take Tylenol Are you kidding me!! I was in so much pain I barley could walk, had been sick for a week before going to her and the best she has is Tylenol..She knows nothing about medicine, everything that I mentioned she had to look it up on her phone.. How did she get through med school? Told me If i wasn't better in a few days to let her know then refuses to talk with me.... Save your time and money and go to a real doctor..
